ENGLISH LANGUAGE ANXIETY AMONG POST BASIC SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to examine students' anxiety about the English Language. Two hundred forty-six students from Gujarat's Post Basic School participated in the study. The data was collected using a self-constructed Likert-type scale. A random sampling method was used in this study. This study aimed to explore Post Basic School students' anxiety about the English Language with their gender, parent's education level, and social category. The study's results indicated that the majority of students experienced moderate anxiety about the English Language. In the context of their gender, parent's education level, and social category, there was no significant difference found in Post Basic School Students' anxiety towards the English Language.
