Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate customer satisfaction with online shopping in the Bhavnagar city. In addition, numerous characteristics of internet purchasing users were investigated. The data will be obtained from respondents using a questionnaire that will be sent to them on a set schedule. According to the findings of the study, the future of e-tailors in India, particularly in cities, appears to be very bright. For our clients, online purchasing provides the greatest pricing, high-quality products, and a completely hassle-free shopping experience. Any e-tailor company's success in India is determined on its popularity.
