The main purpose of this study was to examine the
attitude of teacher trainees towards Internship. The participants of the study
were 70 students of Faculty of Education of Gujarat Vidyapith. Self-constructed
Five Point Likert type scale was used for data collection. In this study, random
sampling method was adopted. The main objective of this
research was to examine an attitude of Teacher Trainees towards Internship
Programme in the context of their gender, area of residence, social category
and parents’ education level. The findings of the study revealed that Teacher
Trainees had positive attitude towards Internship Programme. There
was no significant difference in Teacher Trainees attitude towards Internship Programme in
the context of their gender, area of residence, social category mother and
father’s education level
