The vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 identifies higher education
institutions as key agents of national transformation. This quantitative study
investigates the relationships between curriculum innovation, interdisciplinary
learning, employability readiness, and innovation skills among B.Ed and M.Ed
students. Survey data collected from 80 participants demonstrated strong
internal reliability. All variables exhibited moderate to high scores. Pearson
correlation analysis indicated that increased curriculum innovation and
interdisciplinary learning significantly correlate with enhanced employability
readiness and improved innovation and problem-solving skills. All null
hypotheses were rejected. These results emphasize the interconnectedness of
curriculum design, integrated learning experiences, and competency development,
thereby supporting educational reforms consistent with the National Education
Policy (2020) and the objectives of Viksit Bharat 2047.
