Abstract:

In present post covid situations in Indian classrooms teachers are facing great problems to regarding teaching to various ability situation. blended learning can help teachers dealing with different ability students in a more productive manner. Rotational model can help for better grade achievement of students of different ability. Proper focus, planning and implementation of model can be boon to both teachers and students. Teachers can decrease workload and students can have better learning opportunities as per their needs. Here by is discussed the techniques and planning to be done for best implementation of the model. The best results can be achieved by combines efforts of all teacher’s students’ parents’ institutes and so suggestions are given for proper implementation.
