This paper examines the role and responsibilities of school management in
improving the quality of education. Developing a healthy learning environment
and supporting academic accomplishment require effective school management
strategies, such as strong leadership, stakeholder involvement, and resource
allocation. However, school
administrators need help with resources, teacher retention, and regulatory
constraints. This paper used a
qualitative approach by reviewing the existing literature on school
management's role in improving education quality and discussing its various
aspects, challenges, and empirical findings. The importance of effective school
management practices in enhancing educational outcomes and recommendations for
addressing challenges and supporting effective school management are
highlighted. Overall, the paper underscores school management's critical role
in improving education quality and calls for further research to identify best
practices in this field.
