Abstract:

Nationalism is as an ideology dealing with the idea of the nation as an ultimate pride for its subjects. In-country like India, everything is plural and diverse nature, region, religion, culture, language etc. And so its nationalism has many shades. Bollywood is the world's largest film industry producing the highest number of movies a year comparing any film industry in the globe. This paper aims to focus on how nationalism gets duplicated by filmmakers in their films. Since Bollywood has a history over more than a century, I have chosen selected films of the 21st century only.
