Finance is a blood of an organization. It plays important role in smooth functioning of all operations of the business. Lack of the finance, adverse situation is arises in the business.
.Based on the size of their operations, the vibrant group of firms that make up the majority of the Indian economy are known Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME), plays a crucial role in the economic and social growth of a nation. They serve as incubators for entrepreneurship and are frequently propelled by individual creativity and invention. They also significantly contribute to the state`s GDP, manufacturing output, exports, and the creation of jobs. Despite the inherent strengths of this industry, MSMEs in Bihar are having a lot of trouble, and getting financing has become their biggest issue. This paper goes to investigate the numerous difficulties and problems experienced by MSMEs from the perspectives of both lenders and borrowers in Bihar.
