STUDENT SATISFACTION TOWARDS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract:

If the number of higher education institutions is growing quantitatively, its quality needs to be aligned with it. Student satisfaction towards the educational services needs to be assessed to find out its level of educational services. Therefore, the objective of the study is to study the educational services of higher education institutions and the satisfaction of students towards it. Also, this study aims to find out the difference in students’ satisfaction and educational services with reference to institutions and gender. The researcher has followed the descriptive survey method to conduct this study. 218 postgraduate students from the two universities of Odisha have participated in this study. The findings of the study revealed that, there is a significant contribution of educational services on students’ satisfaction of higher education. No significant difference has been found in education service quality and students’ satisfaction with reference to institution & gender.
